  1. What is your process for cleaning carpets?
    We use the truck-mounted, hot water extraction method — it’s the best carpet and tile cleaning method available! With 65 HP and 1200 psi, if our truckmounts can’t get it out, nothing can! We pre-spray your entire carpet with neutral carpet shampoo, and then rinse and extract with the truck-mounted unit.
  2. Do you offer housekeeping and janitorial services? Yes!
  3. How long will it take to clean my carpets?
    It typically takes about 20 minutes per room. However, this can vary based on what furniture needs to be moved, or if there are any areas that require additional treatment, such as stain removal.
  4. How long will it take for my carpets to dry?
    While most of the water is extracted during the cleaning process, the carpet will be slightly damp afterward. We recommend keeping traffic light for the next 12-24 hours to allow the carpet to dry completely.
  5. Will your service remove all of the spots and stains from my carpet?
    While professional carpet cleaning can generally remove most stains, we cannot guarantee that all stains will be removed. Some substances may cause permanent damage. The age of the carpet and the type of fibers can also affect our ability to remove stains.
  6. Will carpet cleaning get rid of pests such as fleas and mites?
    If you are dealing with an infestation from fleas, mites, or other bugs, then we recommend that you contact a professional exterminator to address the issue. Remember that these pests can also lay eggs on other surfaces such as furniture upholstery, so carpet cleaning may not be enough to get rid of the pests for good.
  7. Will your technicians move my furniture?
    Our technicians will be happy to assist you with moving smaller items such as coffee tables. However, if you have large or fragile items, such as a sectional sofa, bed, or TV, we ask that you move them before our arrival. However, if you prefer, we are also happy to clean around these larger items so that you don’t need to move them.
  8. What are some of the cities that you service?
    We are proud to serve the entire Phoenix metropolitan area, including: Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler, Scottsdale, Glendale, Gilbert, Tempe, Peoria, Surprise, Avondale, Buckeye, Goodyear, and other nearby areas.
  9. Is there a trip charge for coming to my house?
    For customers within 35 miles of zip code 85006 there is no trip fee.  For all other Phoenix metro areas there will be a $50 travel charge.
  10. What additional charges can I expect?
    Our pricing includes a neutral carpet shampoo pre-spray and hot water extraction using our truck-mounted equipment at no additional cost. If you would like to purchase additional heavy grease and oil pre-spray, specialty pet odor treatments, or color dye removal, please ask your technician when they arrive to take a look and give you a price for these services. Also mention to your technician if you would like a price to upgrade to the Rotovac power scrubber, or if you would like other services such as carpet protection, upholstery cleaning, or tile and grout cleaning.
  11. Can I get a discount if you only clean the traffic areas?
    We base the price on the size of the whole room measured wall to wall, and we do not have a separate price for traffic lanes only. Cleaning around obstacles adds difficulty for our technicians, so it is easier to clean an empty room.
